SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

TRANSPORT

 

We ship the goods within 3 business days of receiving payment. The following delivery methods are available:

Mail order office – delivery to the pick-up point (1–3 business days)
Parcel service – delivery to a Czech Post branch or box (1–2 business days)
PPL courier service – delivery to address (1–2 business days)
Personal collection at Ateliér of Senses in the center of Prague – free of charge by prior arrangement

For custom-made products, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time by up to 10 working days depending on material availability - especially if specific components need to be ordered from abroad. In such cases, we will inform you and arrange a shipping date individually.

We confirm the shipment by email including the tracking number.

 

TRANSPORTATION PRICES

 

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed in the cart before completing the order.

 

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

 

In accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, such as personalized fragrances or gift vouchers with an expiration date, or tied to a specific limited-time promotion.
In accordance with Section 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal within 14 days cannot be exercised for such vouchers.

For electronic gift vouchers that have been delivered and activated, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to: radka@atelierofsenses.com with your order number and return information.

The goods must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.

The buyer pays the return costs. We will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

 

COMPLAINT

 

The goods are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
In case of a defect, please contact us at radka@atelierofsenses.com with a description of the defect and order number.
We will handle the complaint as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from its receipt.
